Sekuya Speed Society and Senna Academy have officially put the spotlight on Indonesia’s motorsport talent with their transformative “Gamer to Racer” program. The program was started by Radical Motorsport Indonesia in 2024 and has garnered over 2,000 participants, with four racers now standing from this journey, showcasing the power of gaming, simulators, and real-world racing.

The launch event, held at Gam3 Arena by W3GG on 3rd August 2025, featured an engaging panel discussion moderated by Lilis Huri, Co-Founder of Sekuya, with Vinzka Janikha from W3GG, Senna Iriawan, Fandy Ardiyanto, and Farraz. The panel explored the challenges of becoming a professional racer, the current state of motorsports in Indonesia, and the role Sekuya Speed Society and Senna Academy are playing in expanding the motorsport ecosystem in the country.

The “Gamer to Racer” program, an initiative between Sekuya Speed Society and Radical Motorsport Indonesia has already demonstrated its effectiveness by providing an opportunity for 3 participants to race in the prestigious Time Attack competition at the Mandalika Circuit in December 2024. But that’s not all, Fandy, a racer who started from simulators and previously competed for W3GG, took his first place as the winner in May 2025.

Senna Academy, founded by Senna Iriawan, a third-generation racer whose grandfather and father were both well-established racers in Indonesia, is offering aspiring racers the training, tools, and mentorship they need to succeed. With over 20 years of racing experience, Senna Iriawan is committed to nurturing young talent and helping them break into the competitive world of motorsports.

“We wanted to create Senna Academy to ensure that young people have access to the resources and support they need to develop their skills,” said Senna Iriawan. “Motorsports in Indonesia is growing rapidly, and it’s important to provide young talent with a clear pathway to success.”

Through Sekuya Speed Society, Sekuya is bridging the worlds of gaming and racing. With simulation racing experiences that lead to real-world opportunities on the track, Sekuya Speed Society is paving the way for a new generation of racers.

Lilis Huri, Co-Founder of Sekuya, commented, “We’re proud to support Senna Academy in shaping the future of Indonesian motorsports. Sekuya Speed Society is helping young people go from simulation racing to real-world racing, making motorsports more accessible than ever before. It’s about creating an ecosystem that supports growth, talent, and ambition, and we’re excited to be part of that journey.”

This collaboration between Sekuya Speed Society and Senna Academy is laying the groundwork for a robust motorsports community in Indonesia, where young talent has the resources to succeed. By blending digital racing with the real track experience, Senna Academy and Sekuya Speed Society are creating a dynamic pipeline for the future of Indonesian motorsports.

With Senna Academy and Sekuya Speed Society, Indonesia is positioning itself to become a powerhouse in motorsports, fostering a new wave of racers ready to compete on the global stage.
